As a branding professional, I have been involved in corporate transformation for many years. Based on that experience, I founded Zebra LLC in January 2021. We started as a purely branding company.

 

Our encounter with blockchain in 2022 and the astonishing evolution of generative AI in 2023 have further expanded our possibilities. Based on our founding philosophy, we have continued to adapt to the changing times, and in December 2023, we launched Shibuya Web3 University Co., Ltd., offering new value by combining branding and technology.

Our mission is to connect organizational philosophy with on-site actions.

 

A challenge that began in Shibuya

 

When we first started out in Shibuya in 2021, we were a purely branding company. Our encounter with blockchain in 2022 greatly broadened our horizons. Technology is more than just a tool. It can be a powerful catalyst for transforming organizational culture. This conviction led to the birth of Shibuya Web3 University.

 

Community of Practice

 

Shibuya Web3 University, which opened in March 2023, has now grown into a community of over 200 innovators. It's a rare group of practitioners in Japan who understand the essence of Web3 and put generative AI into practice on a daily basis. We ourselves innovate our business with generative AI and build new business models with Web3. We practice what we teach. This is our creed.

Our strength lies in our deep understanding of both branding and technology, and our ability to integrate them. We have a methodology for organizational transformation cultivated through internal branding, and deep insight into cutting-edge technology gained through our practice of Web3 and generative AI. By combining these, we can provide unparalleled value.

 

We are currently working on a social implementation project with community members from Shibuya Web3 University, including a public-private partnership demonstration experiment in Iizuka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, which was adopted in September 2025. These achievements are proof of our philosophy and our ability to put it into practice.
