To everyone who wants to transform their organization.

For many years, I have been involved in corporate transformation as a branding professional. Based on that experience, I founded Shimawma LLC in January 2021, starting as a pure branding company.

My encounter with blockchain in 2022, and the dramatic evolution of generative AI in 2023—these encounters with cutting-edge technologies further expanded our possibilities. Building on our founding philosophy and continuously adapting to the changing times, we launched Shibuya Web3 University Corporation in December 2023, beginning to deliver new value through the fusion of branding and technology.

A Challenge That Began in Shibuya

When we started in Shibuya in 2021, we were a pure branding company. Our encounter with blockchain in 2022 dramatically broadened our horizons. Technology is not merely a tool. It can become a powerful catalyst for transforming organizational culture. This conviction led to the birth of Shibuya Web3 University.

A Community of Practitioners

Shibuya Web3 University, which opened in March 2023, has grown into a community of over 300 innovators. We have become a rare group of practitioners in Japan who truly understand the essence of Web3 and apply generative AI in daily practice. We ourselves revolutionize our operations with generative AI and build new business models with Web3. We practice what we teach. This is our creed.

SGX Professional Program: A Natural Evolution

Through our ongoing practice at Shibuya Web3 University, we arrived at a firm conviction: To understand technology and transform organizations—what is needed beyond that is the presence of leaders who can move reality.

In our branding work alongside companies, we have repeatedly encountered the same barrier. No matter how well you articulate a vision, no matter how advanced the technology you introduce, organizations will not change unless there are people who can make decisions of their own will and take action.

Our answer to this challenge is the SGX Professional Program, launching in February 2026.

Through our partnership with UITM (University of Information Technology and Management) in Poland, we offer MBA/DBA-equivalent programs taught in Japanese. This is not merely about acquiring knowledge—it is about cultivating the very "vessel of consciousness" and developing leaders who can change reality.
For us, this is not business expansion. It was an inevitable step to more deeply and fundamentally fulfill our founding mission of "transforming vision into action."

Through Shibuya Web3 University, we transform cutting-edge technology into practical capability and accelerate transformation. Through SGX Professional Program, we integrate these elements and develop leaders who can move reality.

These three are not independent businesses but are organically connected within one greater flow. No matter where you enter, everything ultimately leads to "the power to change reality." This is the essence of the value we provide.

And now, through our partnership with UITM, global-standard education that integrates IT and management.

Social implementation projects driven together with Shibuya Web3 University community members—including the public-private partnership demonstration project in Iizuka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, adopted in September 2025. Training track records with major corporations including JR Tokai, Mitsubishi Motors, and Nippon Steel Engineering. These achievements demonstrate both our philosophy and our practical capabilities.
