From Poland: a crossroads of knowledge and passion
Since its founding, UITM has held to the practical discipline of IT × management. Rather than banning AI, it chose to integrate it deeply into education, establishing a human-centred philosophy of technology — and it is ranked second in Poland in the UI GreenMetric World University Ranking for its commitment to sustainability. Its home, Rzeszów, is a lively academic city with one of the highest student densities in Europe, and an intellectual hub of Aviation Valley, a vast aerospace industry cluster. Students gather from more than 70 countries, and a network of some 60,000 alumni spreads across more than 80 countries.
The resonance between UITM's ideal of practical wisdom — Phronesis — and Shibuya Web3 University's pursuit of the social implementation of frontier technology: from this, the SCX Professional Program was born.
Your challenge will stand in the world
UITM is a university aligned with the Bologna Process within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). Accredited by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, quality-assured by the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA), and conforming to the European quality standards (ESG) — under these layered mechanisms, the quality of UITM's education is secured. The programme is positioned as a Professional Program of UITM, designed at a standard equivalent to EQF Level 7 for the MBA, and Level 8 for the DBA, within the European Qualifications Framework. And on completing the full curriculum, you receive the official DBA Executive Award (completion certificate) in the name of the President of UITM.
Launched in February 2026 as the SGX Professional Program. Renamed later that year: SCX Professional Program — from Shibuya Global Executive, to Shibuya Conscious Executive. The essence of the programme has not changed.
