Why SCX — and why now.

Generative AI is rewriting the meaning of time and work, and the structure of the world is shifting. The old education of memorising knowledge has already reached its limit. We are rebuilding education from Japan: not the fixing of knowledge in place, but a new system of learning that sets consciousness in motion.
Three questions we face.
Education was meant to set people free. Why, then, has it become a cage that fixes inequality in place? We face, head-on, three questions this era puts before us.
One. The cage of a credential society
Education should be a force that narrows social gaps. In reality, credentials decide careers and incomes, social mobility drains away — and education becomes a machine that reproduces the gap. Many people compete not for learning itself, but for the currency of credentials. Until this structure changes, education will not free people. It will cage them.
Two. AI, and the shifting ground of knowledge
The rise of generative AI questions the very value of memorising knowledge. Now that vast knowledge is within everyone's reach, what matters is not the amount of knowledge but the power to wield it. The premises of conventional education are giving way — quietly, and decisively.

The SCX Professional Program — born of the meeting between Shibuya Web3 University in Japan and the educational programmes of UITM in Poland — takes on these three questions head-on. Toward a society where people are valued not for credentials, but for the power of practice and thought. Toward learning that sets consciousness in motion, instead of fixing knowledge in place. With technology as a means, people connecting with people, returning their talent and ethics to society — that is our redesign of learning.

UITM is a university aligned with the Bologna Process within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). Accredited by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, quality-assured by the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA), and conforming to the European quality standards (ESG) — under these layered mechanisms, the quality of UITM's education is secured.
It is this UITM that provides quality assurance and the curriculum for the SCX Professional Program. The programme is positioned as a Professional Program of UITM, designed at a standard equivalent to EQF Level 7 for the MBA, and Level 8 for the DBA, within the European Qualifications Framework.
And on completing the full curriculum, you receive the official Executive Award (completion certificate) in the name of the Rector of UITM.
